BillingMonthly hosting is billed automatically through Square. Billing begins on the date your site goes live and recurs every 30 days.
Service ContinuityIn the event a payment is unsuccessful, your website will be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. A courtesy notice will be sent prior to any interruption in service.
DomainsClient is responsible for purchasing and maintaining their domain registration. If a domain is currently hosted elsewhere, client is responsible for transferring or pointing it to our servers prior to launch. We are happy to assist with this process. Domain registration and renewal fees are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in any service package.
CancellationCancel anytime with 30 days written notice by emailing [email protected]. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
OwnershipYou own your domain and your content. Your site is hosted on our servers — in the event of cancellation, your files can be provided to you upon request.
